WAIT WHAT SM IS NOT GONNA RELEASE ANY PHYSICAL ALBUMS ANYMORE

WAIT WHAT NUUU.

THE PHYSICAL ALBUMS ARE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL STUFF MY ROOM HAS EVER SEEN WHY WOULD YOU DOOOO THAT? DDDDDDDDD:

Wait does this mean Shinee’s new album will only be released digitally. Is this a joke. Please let this be a joke what about all my photobooks and all that stuff WHAT WILL YOUR ARTISTS EVEN SIGN ON IN THE FUTURE, PAPER OR WHAT???

…SM, the stupid things you do.

*hides in corner*

*le sobs* ;__;

In my mind~: So I have made up my mind...

gengle:

jannyish:

…about what to believe regarding that SM-Hangeng-issue.

So, obviously, some ELFs refuse to believe what some chinese website says is the truth, and some Geng-Fans refuse to believe that was AKP says is the truth.

Honestly, I was on the side of the Geng-Fans up until now. Cause Hangeng suddenly…

163.com is not a fansite. It’s one of the major newsites in China.

Furthermore, his COMPANY, which represent him in China and who he follows on Weibo (Chinese version of twitter) says that his contract with SM is null. He’s not going back, period. There’s no room for debating.

Okay, if you say so, then 163.com may be a major chinese news-website. But some Gengfans still needed to translate it, right? What if THEIR translations are wrong?
I can totally live with him not going back. I’d be happy if he would, since I’m an ELF and all, but only as long as he is happy.
But actually, I’ve realized that it’s not gonna happen anyway a loooong time ago. Just that this issue messes up my mind right now. xD
I won’t believe in anything until I see him singing with SuJu again. Until then, I won’t get my hopes up too high, cause it’s really really unlikely to happen. Not to mentiont hat it’d be awkward for SuJu.

So I have made up my mind…

…about what to believe regarding that SM-Hangeng-issue.

So, obviously, some ELFs refuse to believe what some chinese website says is the truth, and some Geng-Fans refuse to believe that was AKP says is the truth.

Honestly, I was on the side of the Geng-Fans up until now. Cause Hangeng suddenly agreeing to rejoin SM just like that seemed not plausible to me. And they kept saying that we should wait for a statement from Hangeng’s side, which seemed reasonable to me.

But now that Hangeng’s side, together with SM, HAS made a statement, they say it’s false. Like. WTF.

And right now, I want to stick to and believe what major news-resources say instead of what some chinese-fanpage that claims to get their informations directly from Hangeng’s people (which I don’t believe IMO) says.

Let’s say, I have my own vire of this whole thing. I believe what AKP says, but I also party believe what that chinese page says.

All we know for sure is that the lawsuit in itself is over, and that they reached a mutual agreement. Whether this agreement includes Hangeng returning to SM or Hangeng’s contract being voided, we don’t know for sure.

For all I care, what’s important is that it’s mutual. Meaning Hangeng agreed to it as well. If he’s okay with returning to SM, well, he’s his own person, he can do what he wants. and if it’s going back to the company that tortured him, then he may do so. I for a fact still believe SM changed the way they treat their artists over the past two years.

I mean, the current SM-artists aren’t stupid either, they know for sure that they could win in front of court if they tried after seeing several other people win - IF they were still treated the same way.

Anyway. Hangeng returning to SUJU or not is not an issue right now. First we need to find out whether he will return to SM at all. Cause something still smells fishy.

All I know is that the moment Hangeng stgands on stage with SuJu again, I’ll fully believe what AKP said all the time. Maybe earlier, maybe not, we’ll see.

And to all the HanChul-shippers there that keep saying it’s sad that this happens when Chullie just went to the army…

XDDDD Guys. He’s taking the public personnel -route. Meaning after this 4 weeks of traning which are almost over, he’ll return to the SuJu dorm and have a JOB - like normal persons you know. Going out in the morning, doing his job, returning in the evening. Which means just cause WE won’t see him, it doesn’t mean that SJ-members won’t see him. Just saying. ;)

cheerstoyourpoverty:

In my mind~: So people say Hangeng can’t appeal his own lawsuit…

jannyish:

…or something. xD

That might be true for Korea, I don’t know how the court works there, but in case of Germany, it’s not.

If the lawsuit was filed here, the current situation would be as followed: Hangeng filed a lawsuit, won, then SM appealed. With the appeal, all decisions made by the court…

Isn’t what is happening. Hangeng filed a lawsuit, won, Sm appealed, Hangeng is dismissing their appeal so not to pay a termination fee.

That’s what some fans say. Articles say he dropped the lawsuit altogether and is going back to SM, and fans say that’s not even possible since he already won.

I was just trying to point out that it IS possible to drop a lawsuit that you technically already won as long as the appeal is processing.

I’m not saying that’s the case though, since this is an example of what COULD happen if this lawsuit was german. I have no idea about Korea. xD

So people say Hangeng can’t appeal his own lawsuit…

…or something. xD

That might be true for Korea, I don’t know how the court works there, but in case of Germany, it’s not.

If the lawsuit was filed here, the current situation would be as followed: Hangeng filed a lawsuit, won, then SM appealed. With the appeal, all decisions made by the court are no longer valid, they’ll only become valid again if SM loses the appeal.

So, if Hangeng were to drop his claim at this point, he didn’t appeal his own lawsuit, but it’s as if he never had won in the first place.

This is the german system, though (and only what I know about it, and I’m no expert for sure), so I’m just saying that it isn’t impossible for a court to work like that.

And our court-system works pretty well. xD

And I wanted to get some sleep...

  • Me: Okay, now listening a bit to Infinite and then sleeping :)
  • Hangeng-SM-lawsuit-withdrawal-issue: No. You know you won't be able to.
  • Me: I hate you.
  • Hangeng-SM-lawesuit-withdrawal-issue: You know you don't. You have a love-hate-relationship with me cause you want to see Hangeng back with SuJu for sure, don't deny that.
  • Me: Okay, I do. You won. Can I go sleep now?
  • Hangeng-SM-lawsuit-issue: You might miss some articles.
  • Me: Okay. No sleep. Yet. .___.

WHAT THE AKP EXPLAIN THIS SOMEONE EXPLAINS THIS HANGENG SAY SOMETHING

…Sorry, I must sound insane. And I am going insane right now.

WHAT IS THIS?

So, the first article was a mistranslation, but why does a second article suddenly come up with SM saying that Hangeng decided to stay with them? Why would SM say that if it wasn’t true.

OR IS THIS YET ANOTHER MISTRANSLATION?

It better NOT be.

Cause if this is true, and it really was mutual agreement, then … I am totally going to party right now. :DDDDDDD

So, apaprently, this was all a big misunderstanding created by AKP…

…cause they translated the article wrong.

Actually, Hangeng filed a petition against the appeal of SM, so the court drops the appeal and there will be no new sentence made. And if there’s no new sentence, the first sentencer will be final nd he will be fully freed from SM’s grips.

How can a translator translate something like this so incredibly wrong and cause an uproar in a whole FANDOM? Seriously. I was getting my hopes up that maybe I’d see the original SuJu back ONE DAY, but noooo. Crash the newfound hope of an ELF, AKP. No problem. And for a moment I was happy and hoping this would resolve evrything and everything would get back to how it used to be (except for the better contracts).

I’m not one of those ELFs that is delusional enough to think they’ll be 13 again…it’s just so far from being realistic. Not that I don’t wish for it, but I don’t BELIEVE in it. So I kinda tried to make friends with the idea that Hangeng would never come back, and then I read this, and suddenly there WAS hope. AND THEN IT WAS ALL A F***ING MISTRANSLATION. Way to get me disappointed.

UGH. x10000

Now I wanna cry.

And I’m torn again…

… Why would Hangeng withdraw ANY claim against SM? And from what I get, it seems to be about the original lawsuit. I mean he won, then SM said they’d try to revise that decision, so Hangeng claimed that same thing again and now he withdrew it. Doesn’t that mean he withdrew his lawsuit against SM? Any lawyers here, I don’t get this. And… Is this a good sign? I mean for the ELFs that want the old SuJu back. Cause that would make me happy, but then again, I don’t know if going back to SM is a good idea. Though I heard that after all those lawsuits, they changed the contracts… But if the lawsuit is nullified, then he would have to go back to SM since there’s still a contract. But then again he has a contract with his new agency as well. AH THIS DRIVES ME NUTS WHATEVER I’LL JUST GO SHOWER.
